In this episode of Your Bourbon Journey, Wayne and Rebecca continue the road to the 2025 Whiskey of the Year. We are tasting completely blind—no labels, no bias, just the liquid in the glass.
In Battle 3, we compare two distinct profiles: one “quintessential bourbon” filled with butterscotch and brown sugar, up against a sweet, nutty contender that reminds us of confectionary sugar.
