Picked up on the 4th of July during Dave’s 250th American celebration extravaganza, this unique single barrel pour features steel-cut oats as the secondary grain in a 76% yellow corn, 19% steel-cut oats, and 5% malted barley mash bill. Clocking in at 106.8 proof and aged at least 32 months, this pot-distilled craft bourbon serves up sweet layers of burnt butterscotch, cinnamon, brown sugar, and notes reminiscent of an iced oatmeal cream pie.
